Good school generally
Having experienced different schools in Sweden, I found IES Solna to one of the better ones. The teaches are well trained and care for the student. It is great to have a range of nationalities of staff and students and this helps prepare children for life outside of school. Keep up the good work.
Lärarna bryr sig och maten är bra
Jättebra skola, lärarna bryr sig verkligen. Har aldrig fått så bra hjälp på någon annan skola, lätt att hänga med på lektionerna och mobbning tas på stort allvar. Det är kul att komma till skolan när man går på IES Solna. Maten är bra också. Älskar :)

Jag byta från en annan skola förra året, och den här är mycket bättre. Lärarna bryr sig, och jag har vänner. Jag tycker att maten kunde vara bättre, men det är okej!

skolan är väldigt dålig och jag rekomenderar inte att börja där. man får inte göra någonting och det är brist på lärare. alla lärare slutar och man får ha vikarie länge. dålig ventelation, skolan är liten med många elever. klättersällnigen är farlig och under dem första 2 månaderna bröt 7 årskurs 4 elever armarna. solgården är pytteliten och dem spärra av halva. man får inte gå ut ur skolans område och bara 8or och 9or får ha egna datorer. man får inte heller några böcker eller skolmatrial.

Detta är en välskött skola och lärarna är tillgängliga och omtänksamma. Skolgården skulle kunna vara större, men det är något som skolan inte kan ändra på.

EN väldigt dålig skola del 1
IES Solna är enligt min åsikt en av dem värsta skolorna i Stockholm som du kan sätta ditt barn i. För det första är det en väldigt liten skola med många elever i. Det är ungefär 800 elever. 32 elever i varje klass och 4 klasser per årskurs förutom i 4:an förutom där det finns 5 klasser. När det är så många elever i en liten skola blir det jättetrångt och jättevarmt. Det är jättesvårt att ta sig fram så elever kan ramla och komma sent till sina lektioner. Skolan har dessutom en jätteliten skolgård där många är ute samtidigt. På klätterställningen har under bara Augusti och September 7 4:or ramlat och brytit olika kroppsdelar. Skolan valde då att spärra av typ halva skolgården och nu när de tagit bort klätterställningen. Nu när klätterställningen är borta är fortfarande avspärrningar. Så ungefär halva skolgården är fortfarande avspärrad så det blir ännu trängre än vad det redan var.
Skolan har ett allvarligt problem med problem med personalbrist och dålig personal. På två år och 3 månader har vi haft 7 olika svenskalärare. Efter bara dessa 3 månader av terminen har redan 3 av våra lärare slutat. Dessutom så är vissa av lärarna de anställer inte ens utbildat och kan inte äns sköta en klass. När en lärare slutat och de inte hittar någon annan lärare anställer de ofta bara någon av vikarie eftersom att någon annan inte verkar vilja jobba här
Skolan är också väldigt osäker och stökig. Man kan inte ens gå på toa när man behöver eftersom att folk kommer och låser upp toaletterna och springer och bankar på de.

Skolans careteam gör bara allt värre och om man ber om hjälp på grund av sin mentala hälsa eller hjälp med hur det är hemma så gör de allt värre. De gör bara det de måste utan något medlidande. Man kan vara livrädd men de bryr sig inte. De har nästan aldrig tid för en, det finns alltid något viktigare en du. De vill hellre fika och vara i lärarrummet än att hjälpa någon som vill ta självmord t.e.x

One of the best schools in Stockholm. Great management, superb method of teaching, a very strong connection with the students , regular follow ups with the parents and awesome learning environment.

As a 6th-grade student attending this school, I must say that I do not feel safe here. The school has a serious problem with gangs, particularly in the 9th grade, who threaten students like me on a daily basis. The threats of physical harm and murder are a constant presence, and it is difficult to focus on my studies when I am constantly looking over my shoulder.
Despite these serious safety concerns, I feel compelled to give the school a 2-star rating for one simple reason: they have clocks in the school. This may seem like a small thing, but it is important to me because it means that the school is at least trying to create a sense of structure and organization. The clocks ensure that students are in the right place at the right time, and that we can keep track of our schedules throughout the day.

The school is not providing adequate resources and facilities to support the students' learning and growth. For example, the school library is poorly stocked, and the computer lab is outdated. Hello. This is a review for the school, now I gave the school 1 star for the teachers, and 1 star for them having clocks around the school. Now for the other parts, the school is very bad. Now, I love the fact that it has clocks, it is a really good thing to spend money on with the budget because most of us don't have any watches. But even though I am too young to know the clock clockwise, I still think it is a good thing to have at schools. Now the school is very unsafe, and I don't think the school has any anti-bullying programme, or if they have then they are doing a really bad job. Every day that I walk in the school I either see older boys hitting girls or boys, but this isn't any "friendly" thing, they literally choke them and punch them everywhere. Some also kicks others, I don't feel safe at all. But because I am not in their class I think that they won't do anything to me, sometimes they threaten to hit me, even though im 1-3 years younger than them, but It has never happened because some of their gang members tells them not to hit us smaller children.
Physically harassed by people.
I am a student of the school, and I get harrassed and beaten every day in school by older people. I won't say my name, but everytime I get beaten up in school I will write a review here on my experience. Now I don't want to make this to a story of my entire period at school because that will get too many guardians to never want to put their children in this school, and well I would hate for that to happen. Because the teachers in this school aren't half bad, it's just the gangs in school which beats up the kids no matter the gender. But today I got punched three times and held against a wall whilst doing so, I didn't care about the punches too much as I get hit by gang members every day, but when my head hit the wall really hard I felt very dizzy. So that was the worst experience of today, I will write another review if this changes or worsens.

I attended this school for about a year before I quit and changed my school. When I was in the school there were people who were older than me who brang lighters to school. They tried to burn my shirt multiple times, and I didn't feel too threatened about it, but it was my favorite shirt. There were also times these older people asked me for what size my jacket and shoes were. They apparently wanted them. I felt very threatened and quit the school. I didn't feel safe to report this until now.
