Feedback on School Communication and Safety Issues

The handling at fritids is disappointing. Staff sometimes appear unwilling to listen to parents, which makes communication difficult.
Additionally, parents are occasionally required to wait outside in cold weather during pick-up and are not allowed to wait in their cars even when parked just outside. This feels unnecessary and inconvenient.
There are also safety concerns, such as nails found on the ground. This could be dangerous for children, and better precautions should be taken to ensure a safe environment.
Overall, better communication, responsiveness, and a more understanding approach towards parents would greatly improve the experience.
